The first thing that comes to your mind at the blink of a thought of Elon Musk and Tesla brings you to think of  Ross Johnson and RJR Nabisco...  Nod if you agree with me

I can not say it is the greedy of it (Heck, we all love money)

But the constant need to stay relevant and keep up with the lifestyle.

Someone say hello with the Tweet about taking TESLA to PRIVATE, Though heyyy the precedent has been set by the President seems like Twitter is the formal news site  for everyone. 
If the White house can, Why can't Musk.

Oh There is SEC, Does Musk care about that? 
Heck No...


It has been reported that the Securities and Exchange Commission had asked Tesla why the announcement was made on Twitter rather than in a conventional regulatory stock market filing and what the basis was for Musk’s financing claim.
The SEC’s rulebook states that publicly traded companies must not announce financing plans if executives don’t intend to complete it or lack a “reasonable belief” that it will be completed.
If Musk is found to have broken the rules he could face criminal prosecution. Will he though??
“He is claiming there is a specific source of the funding so that had better be true. He has also claimed there is a specific amount available for funding. That has to be true. Otherwise, even if it’s not manipulation it would be fraud, so he’s got two potential areas of difficulty right there,” a former SEC chair, Harvey Pitt, told the US network CNBC.
Just close your eyes and boom, we are back to RJR Nabisco Saga again. 
What are the chances that Elon Musk would just come out and announce that?? 
To boost share prices by what??!! 11%??!!
Naaah!!!!
So lets say, It is the whole RJR Nabisco Inc Saga again and there is a Master Mind group out there that has already figured out on the $50B needed to take the company PRIVATE again. 
Being the most shorted stock, Should Tesla shareholders be worried? 
Is Tesla topping the most overvalued companies? 
Even with Musk Execution problems, will he pull this through? 
What are the laws in place to ensure that the situation is mitigated? 
Will he really do that?? 
Is it the plan in motion? 
Is Tesla going private?
